Featuring curved, linear, and terminal elements, as well as chairs and ottomans, the Naviglio seating collection is a visual dialogue between structure and forms. At the heart of the project lies its Synthesis phase, which starts with its name. The base of the seat forms a channel that serves as the backrest/armrest position, which is roughly circular and curves like water. Like a piece of a puzzle, each shape is ergonomically designed into one unified whole. The backrest part and the seat highlight a delicate balance between polygons and curved shapes, where geometry becomes soft and rigor mixed with comfort. Embedded in different layers of flexible polyurethane, the various elements greet the body and provide proper support. The choice was due to the nature of the object - a sofa without seat cushions. The covers are available in several different fabrics and shades. By placing an insert that runs backward, the backrest's shape is highlighted by a decorative element that emphasizes its linearity.
