Tahiti Table Lamp

Tahiti Table Lamp by Ettore Sottsass. This famous lamp has a remarkable resemblance to a duck's silhouette. The circular pink head is held by a yellow stem that is accentuated by a black foot, and it pivots so that it directs the light emanating from the red beak in the proper direction. The black and white, bacterio-patterned laminate base supports the unconventional form.
