Vol Table

The elegantly solid appearance of the Italian Vol fixed table arises from the encounter of two geometric forms: a high-end truncated-conical base made of curved wood covered in linoleum* or Alpi veneer, and a round or oval top available in birch plywood coated in linoleum or in Ecotone™** with a black lacquered MDF subtop. A stylish minimalist table, perfect to fit architectural projects. Made in Italy.

*Warm to the touch, flexible, and resistant to fingerprints, linoleum is a recyclable material of former times made from natural constituents, among them linseed oil, from which its name is derived. Developed and patented in the second half of the nineteenth century, and then progressively replaced by cheaper vinyl or rubber alternatives with which it is often confused, linoleum has chromatic properties that lend softness and warmth to surfaces and furnishing.

**Ecotone™ is a material of recycled glass composite sheets that contain a resin derived from bio compounds and have a silica content below 5 percent.
