Ladoga Vase by Matteo Thun. Thun came up with the airy design for this eclectic vase in 1982. The biggest lake in Europe is the inspiration for this work, which is made completely of porcelain. Its volumes are dominated by a central conical bowl, which is supported by a semi-spherical base and circular parts. This vase, which has a playful resemblance to an ice cream cone, may be used with other works by the same artist to create a dynamic impression.
