Murmansk Fruit Bowl by Ettore Sottsass. Sottsass created this unique centerpiece in 1982. The silver-plated brass construction of the tray is made up of a round base from which six vertical parts that are zigzagged support the top tray in the form of a round plate. The furthest north-eastern area of Russia's unusual city of Murmansk served as the inspiration for this distinctive design. This chic piece of furniture may also be found in solid 925 silver.
