Antechinus Cheese Knife

The Alessi Antechinus Cheese Knife is an artful cheese knife that recalls the stylized forms of both a slice of cheese and a little mouse. Designed by Anita Dineen, this Alessi design, named for a native Australian mouse, features a graceful curve that creates a grip and allows the knife to stand on its blade without any support. Antechinus's blade is sharp on both sides, making it suitable for use as a cheese cutter for mature cheeses.
