Ribbon coffee table

The Ribbon table, conceived by Atelier Oï, combines design and functionality in a striking fusion of elegant natural stone, a padded seat in fabric or leather, and a solid wood base. The straps that are normally used in furniture making as part of the internal structure, here take on a visible, decorative role. A striking contrast of materials and a bold structural pairing create a piece that is designed to respond to a modern idea of conviviality.
